About Us

In a nutshell this explains how Stylin’ Strings got started and how we survived in a growing lacrosse industry. From apartments to a full retail store across a 8 year time span.

 

The year of exposure, Unstrung, and ready to show the World that creativity and ambition, mixed with a little initiative can make any dream come true. This is Stylin’ Strings 9th year in the game, and by all means we are chillin‘ to a whole different beat from here on out. We stayed underground as long as we could managing customer service as effective as possible for working out of an apartment, and working other jobs just to stay afloat. The S.S. Minow slowly crept across forums, Inside Lacrosse ads, our first website (with rotating pockets), local camps, and U.S Lacrosse Conventions launching new pockets every year in our progression to customize and evolve the foundation of what Stylin’ Strings was invented on: creativity.

Now our foundation is complete, no late nights building a store, painting the building 20 ft. off the ground with power-lines on your back. Just to have the opportunity to be able to have any lacrosse head at our fingertips. We have built the brand and now we are locked and loaded to finally get a chance to effectively sell what we have worked for the last 9 years. A product line, a store, an image, an most importantly a culture that is going to help push Lacrosse and Media to the next level.

It is our vision that everyone gets to watch progress, and that in itself is why we knew we were going to make a difference in our industry. We have made a lot of friends in Lacrosse, we started this when we were 18 years old and our lives have been fun and eventful due to Stylin‘ Strings. To every one who has ever met us along our journey, Thank you, the support of your family and laxers supporting us kept it alive. Now we owe you the respect and customer service to take full advantage of our potential. This year the dream is coming alive! Stylin’ Strings is going to spread faster, our online store is going to change shopping online, the clothing line that represents the other side of strings will enhance our brand awareness, our online e-magazine String Cheese is going to entertain and educate, and finally our media gallery will slowly unleash still moments of our path to where we are now. Anyone who has ever doubted us or tried to hold us out of this industry is going to see that we aren’t going anywhere! We survived the toughest times and by all means haven’t made it yet, but were making great strides. From the floor to the door we have a full store with most manufacturers, and the ambition to survive until Lacrosse gets the love it deserves.

Check out some of the new things we have to offer such as our Pockets To Go. We have had this idea for years and finally we have taken it to market. Choose any color mesh, string, sidewall, or leathers and nylon and we will pack it up with one of our new ss ball-stops and send it your way. We have launched a full media section highlighting Dustin’s design, printing, music, video, and more for small companies up to multi-million dollar operations. We are also producing music, video, and web design in-house giving us the ability to go after big advertising contracts.
