Engineered specifically for elite attackmen and midfielders, the Gait Mustang delivers an optimal balance of structural stiffness, precise ball control, and lightweight performance. As the go-to head for Syracuse University’s offense, it is built to handle the physical demands of high-level collegiate and high school play.
Maximum Offset for Ball Control
The Mustang features a deep, strategic offset that drops the center of gravity of your pocket. This design maximizes retention during dodges, tightens your release point, and increases velocity on both shots and feeds.

Critical Cavity Technology
Ground balls win games. The throat and scoop use Critical Cavity Technology to shave off unnecessary weight while completely shielding your top string. By burying the top lace inside the scoop, the head protects your stringing from ground-surface friction and guarantees smoother, faster pickups.

Rail Shape Sidewall Stiffness
To prevent head-flex during heavy checks and high-speed shots, the sidewalls utilize a specialized rail shape. This design distributes structural strength evenly across the frame, giving you the stiffness of a heavy defensive head without adding bulk.

Infinite Pocket Customization
A comprehensive multi-hole sidewall pattern gives stringers total freedom. Whether you prefer a low pocket for quick releases, a mid-pocket for one-handed cradling, or a high pocket for power shooting, the Mustang accommodates any custom pocket setup with ease.
