Production Time

Custom heads typically take about two weeks to complete. This does not include shipping time after your order leaves our shop.

Need It Sooner?

Expedited production is available through the Speed Pass option when you customize your pocket. Choose a 5-day ($25.00) or 3-day ($50.00) Speed Pass. Please note: a Speed Pass shortens production time only. It does not change shipping time once your order ships.

Buying a head from Stylin' Strings

  1. Add the unstrung head of your choice to your cart.
  2. Add a pocket to your cart.
  3. Optional: add a dye job and/or a shaft.
  4. Check out as usual.

On the pocket and any dye job: enter the name of the head you added in the 'Head Description' field, and check the 'Purchasing Head Today' box.

Sending your own head to Stylin' Strings

  1. Add a pocket to your cart.
  2. Optional: add a dye job.
  3. Check out as usual.
  4. Print your order confirmation email, pack it with your head, and ship it to the address below.

On the pocket and any dye job: enter your head's brand and model in the 'Head Description' field, and check the 'Sending Head In' box.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note: Custom items, and the Mystery Box are final sale. Any item that has been customized, including custom stringing and dyeing, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.

How to Return an Item

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To receive a full refund, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please include this page, filled out at the bottom (or a copy of it), with your return.

We recommend shipping via UPS or insured U.S. mail. Please keep your receipt and tracking number in case your package is lost or damaged in transit, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in shipment.

If you’re returning goals or other large or oversized items, please call us before shipping so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

To keep our inventory and accounting accurate, we’re unable to swap items directly. Instead, we’ll credit your card for the items you return, and you’re welcome to place a new order for a different size or color. Please allow at least 14 business days for your credit to process.

Shipping Costs

If we filled your order correctly, shipping and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, we’ll gladly cover all shipping costs.

The Inner-Lock is our take on the trend of stringing mesh to the inside of the head instead of the standard stringing on the outside. Stringing to the inside of the head gives the Inner-Lock two large benefits over other stringing methods.
