Control the ground game. Engineered specifically for LSMs and short-stick defensive midfielders, the Gait D2GB is the ultimate ground ball vacuum. Built to comply with all modern regulations, this head gives transition defenders an absolute edge when hunting for loose balls and disrupting opponent possessions. It is legal for all levels of NCAA and NFHS play.

  • Ground Attack Angle: An increased sidewall ground attack angle establishes the perfect stick positioning to track down, scoop, and secure ground balls effortlessly across any surface.
  • Air Scoop Technology: The innovative scoop design features strategic cut-throughs to reduce aerodynamic drag when checking or throwing. The scoop glides cleanly across both natural grass and sticky artificial turf.
  • Ball Dislodgement Technology: A unique, lowered top rail paired with a raised front section amplifies contact force during stick checks to maximize forced turnovers.
  • Elevated Impact Ridges: Subtle abrasive ridges along the inner rails create micro-vibrations against the opponent’s shaft upon contact, forcing the ball to shift in their pocket and shake loose.
  • Lightweight Transition Silhouette: Weighing in at just 5.5 ounces, the GB is the lightest head in the D2 series. Its narrow attack face profile allows for a highly responsive pocket design, clean handling, and accurate outlet passing.
