Returns & Exchanges

Please note: Custom items, and the Mystery Box are final sale. Any item that has been customized, including custom stringing and dyeing, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.

How to Return an Item

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To receive a full refund, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please include this page, filled out at the bottom (or a copy of it), with your return.

We recommend shipping via UPS or insured U.S. mail. Please keep your receipt and tracking number in case your package is lost or damaged in transit, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in shipment.

If you’re returning goals or other large or oversized items, please call us before shipping so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

To keep our inventory and accounting accurate, we’re unable to swap items directly. Instead, we’ll credit your card for the items you return, and you’re welcome to place a new order for a different size or color. Please allow at least 14 business days for your credit to process.

Shipping Costs

If we filled your order correctly, shipping and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, we’ll gladly cover all shipping costs.

The StylinStrings Three Color Fade Lacrosse Dye jobs are a classic way to add color to your lacrosse head. PLEASE NOTE: Your middle fade color CAN NOT be your darkest color of the three colors you pick. If you want to change your fade location you can choose from the drop down below. The main dye color is on top by default, if you want your third color at the top, choose bottom to top in the dye location menu. If you chose left to right the main color would always start on the left and so on....
